Design Services
We are a full life cycle partner. We can bring your ideas and napkin sketches into a finished, manufacturable product. We like working in phases, starting with concept development and feasibility, followed by prototyping and early stage testing and verification, and capped with full-scale manufacturing and product/process validation. Having an all-in-one partner makes your job easier while also consolidating your design history file.
Manufacturing
Depending on your product's regulatory requirements, RPD offers low to mid-scale in-house manufacturing and assembly. This ultimately reduces your time to market. RPD has also partnered with many different manufacturers to take your product to the next level (higher scale or more regulated manufacturing requirements). RPD will assist with your manufacturing line transfer upon request. We have extensive experience with line transfers and process validation.
Product Lifecycle Management
RPD understands that products undergo changes due to market feedback. Your design does not stop when it hits the manufacturing line. RPD is here to assist with changes to existing product.
General Engineering Services
